EXPANSION PROCESS

01. FIRST EXPANSION
Expand raw material and send to silo nº1
Keep it in the silo for a minimum of 24h maturing.
02. SECOND EXPANSION
Send the material from silo nº1 to expander and after expansion send it to silo nº2
Keep it in the silo for a minimum of 24h maturing.
03. THIRD EXPANSION
Send from silo nº2 to expander and after expansion send to silo nº3
Keep it in the silo for a minimum of 24h, before filling into bags (finished products).
